Located in Lake Wales, and started by the Hinshaw family in 1931, Chalet Suzanne Restaurant and Country Inn has been entertaining guests for over 75 years. Chalet Suzanne was named after Bertha Hinshaw’s only daughter, Suzanne. It was originally known as Suzanne’s Tavern, until it was permanently changed to Chalet Suzanne. Four generations of the Hinshaw family have run and operated Chalet Suzanne. Chalet Suzanne offers 28 guest rooms each uniquely designed and decorated, nestled on 140 acres. Other amenities include:
