A few weeks ago I went to this awesome camp called Bonclarken! It was absolutely beautiful. We were up in the mountains around a bunch of lakes. Usually the mountains are really crazy and they make me sort of car sick but, it was really nice for the most part! The scenery was georgeous too. The trees were so tall and everything was blooming. The weather was perfect because it wasn’t too hot and it wasn’t too cold, in the low 80’s. Thats really nice weather for me, living in Florida and all that. Anyways, the camp was really cool too! It’s just a little east of Flatrock, North Carolina. The cabins were really pretty and people actually lived around there. They have a new building which doubles as a gym and an auditorium. There is a place back in the woods where you can play paintball and do little treasure hunts that they set up. Out near the canal, there is a soccer field and a softball feild. The campers walked everywhere but if you are a resident or if you’re staying in the hotel, you can buy or rent a golf cart to drive around! The drive there and back is pretty far but it is definetly worth it! I really enjoyed my Bonclarken experience!
